Small bench in gustavian style. Made around 1820 in painted pine with untouched original paint. The bench is from northern Sweden and unusually small at only 163 cm. Good untouched patina with signs of natural wear that only 200 years use can make. Healthy and solid frame. Later seat with new padding and new upholstery in linen fabric. Gustavian and neoclassical are the same time period and so the bench is also in neoclassical style.
