Baroque table from Hälsingland in northern Sweden. Manufactured during the latter part of the 18th century. Healthy and solid frame. Faux painted table top and leg frame in one solid colour. Original condition with all original paint. There are 4 wooden wedges that holds the tabletop to the frame. They are visible under the tabletop on both short ends.
The baroque table has a rectangular shape with a single drawer and original wooden knob. Original round feet which is unusual as they are often worn down. One of the wedges is newer and likely from the 20th century. Minor signs of wear in the paint due to 250 years of use. One leg has a minor dry crack on the inside.
