Neoclassical chest of drawers from northern Sweden around 1790. Painted pine with original untouched paint. The patina is all natural and a direct product of 250 years of use. The paint and patina has some sings of distress. Original neoclassical hardware. The chest is made in two parts which is typical for late 1700s.\u00a0Original hand wrought handles on both sides made for carrying. Healthy and solid fame. Minor dry cracks along the sides. The drawers do not have paint on the inside and the odd drawer have a few old ink stains.<\/p>\n
