Unusual gustavian column cabinet from the early to mid 1800s, 1820 to 1840. The cabinet is from Northern Sweden and made in the shape of a round column with vertical flutes. The door spans the whole height of the cabinet and opens to multiple shelves. Given that this cabinet is very tall while standing on a small base it would fit well in smaller spaces where it would stand out without taking up too much floor space.<\/p>\n

The characteristic rustic patina and neutral colours work well with most styles of rooms while adding a touch of antique character.\u00a0The cabinet stands on a square base and can be swivelled around on top of the base. Light painted pine with the original lock and key. Healthy and solid. The base measures 44×44 cm while the diameter of the column itself is 38 cm.<\/p>\n
