Genuine antique foot stool from the Swedish gustavian period around 1770 to 1780. This Swedish antique has classic carved wooden decor on the legs and sides. Original paint from the late 1700s with distress and patina, the wood shines through in places where the paint is more worn. Original seat and padding. The seat itself is upholstered with cotton fabric – if the stool is intended for use we recommend to add another layer of fabric that is more durable. Our upholsterer can do that work for 100 EUR plus the cost of the fabric. Old reinforcements on the legs in iron – see picture, nothing that affects the function. The stool is fully usable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
