Antique Swedish console table in gustavian style made in Sweden during the early 1800s, around 1810. The table has straight tapered legs and a decorative rectangle inlaid in the apron. The table is the same on all four sides which make it great not only as a console or wall table but also as a freestanding side table. Made in pine with distressed black paint that lets the pine underneath show through. The distress shows the contours and decorative details of the table while adding to the character of the piece.
