Antique Swedish flour box made by hand in solid pine. The box is from northern Sweden and made around the mid 19th century, 1840 to 1850. The box is in untouched original condition with some marks and distress after use. It could be used standing on its own or hung on a wall. During the 19th century it was much like the name suggests used to store flour. Height is 27 and 20 cm respectively.
