Antique Swedish wooden plate or trough made in northern Sweden around 1820 to 1840. The trough has original blue paint. The blue paint is unusual as the blue pigment was a luxury item during the 19th century. Untouched original condition. There are some traces and marks after use as it would have been used to store and prepare food, as well as serving. A classic antique Swedish cultural item from 200 years ago.
