Blue marbled wooden trough and plate from Sweden made during the mid 1800s. This unique antique was made by hand in northern Sweden around 1850. Very unusual to see original blue marbled paint. Marked underneath with the first owner’s or household’s initials. Good vintage condition with minor marks and distress which shows the age and history of the piece. This trough would have been used in the household for storing or preparing food.
