Unusual folk art table from northern Sweden made during the rococo period. This console or side table is made by hand in solid pine. It’s a unique table and unusual model where the local folk art carpenter has made a free interpretation of the rococo style during the late 1700s. The table is in untouched original condition with original paint and shows its history with traces of use, distress and a natural patina. Hand-wrought hinges and nails. Healthy and stable frame.
