Pair of Swedish empire candlesticks from around 1840 to 1850. The candlesticks are made by hand with a frame in solid birch with elements of birch root in the candleholders and foot. Good vintage condition with smaller traces and marks of use. Mainly on the inside of one candleholder which is likely a burn mark – see picture. On some occasion the candle has not been blown out before it burnt down. The diameter is measured from the foot.
