Antique folk art trough from northern Sweden made around 1840. Charming, unusual and genuine. The trough is small, see measurements, and in completely untouched condition with original paint and natural patina after 200 years of use. Troughs and bowls like this were used in the kitchen for storing, preparing and serving food. Given that they were functional items not many have remained in such good condition.
