Antique Swedish dining table from the mid 1800s. This antique trestle table has a robust table top in solid pine resting on a leg frame also in solid pine. The table top can be lifted off the trestles which in turn can be disassembled into the two supports and the stretcher. A rustic and primitive table that’s just as functional today as in the mid 1800s.
Made in Sweden around 1840. The table is solid pine which has never been painted so the patina is the genuine surface of aged wood. Robust and stable. Good vintage condition with traces and distress after use, mainly around the feet where they meet the floor – see pictures.
