Large oval antique bowl in wood with the original red paint on the outside. Monogram and dating 1833 underneath. The bowl has an authentic patina after almost 200 years of use and is in good antique condition consistent with the age. It has some traces of use. Bowls like this were household items used for storage and preparation of food. They are therefore rare to find preserved, especially in such good condition. One of the corners has an older repair – see pictures. Smaller dry crack underneath.
