Rustic primitive bench from the early 1800s. Made by hand in solid pine in northern Sweden around 1830. The seat is made from just one board and it has trestle-like legs. Heavy distress and patina to the seat – see pictures. The bench has never been painted and the wood has faded and naturally become more grey after 200 years of use.
