Swedish gustavian upholstered armchair from the late 18th century, circa 1790. The armchair has a straight shape with hand carved wooden decorations all over the chair. The decor spans around the backrest, down the armrest and around the seat itself, no space left forgotten. The chair has a regal and stately appearance with a touch of luxury, making it a statement piece to add to any space.

The armchair is steady with the original padding in the seat, back and armrests. Newly upholstered in a light toned and durable linen fabric that agrees well with the natural patina of the wood. Made in Swedish pine. Seating height is 45 cm.
