Early low and wide sideboard from 19th century Sweden. This genuine country house furniture was made around 1820 to 1830 in northern Sweden, the frame is made by hand in solid pine. Eight functional drawers on the sides and double cabinet doors with lock and key. Original hand wrought handles and hardware in iron to the drawers. Antique sideboards such as this piece are a sure way to bring rustic charm to a space, with high-quality materials and craftsmanship as well as functional elegance. Healthy and solid frame. One drawer was replaced during the 1900s, see picture.
