Rare early large table from the Swedish baroque period. This very rare table is an early antique from around 1750 in Northern Sweden. Made during the baroque period with characteristic strong baluster legs and rustic elegance. The frame is made by hand in solid pine that’s never been painted. Time has created an authentic rustic patina that adds to the presence and character of this table.

The table top is a solid wood board measuring 4 cm thick and rests on a leg frame with matching robust baroque proportions. Healthy and stable frame. The table top has some traces of use in the form of marks, blemishes and two older minor repairs – see pictures.
