Antique Swedish dining table from the early 19th century. This country house antique is made by hand in pine around 1830 to 1840. All parts are original and have been together since the table was made. The table top consist of three taper-sawn boards where the maximum thickness of the tree has been used.

Made by hand on the farm where it was used, the table has a healthy and stable frame. Bare pine that has never been painted, showing authentic wear and a natural age-worn patina. The table top has some traces and marks that shows the table’s 200 year old history. There is a smaller loss of material at two corners of the trim that goes around the table top, see pictures. The table would work excellent as a dining table for six to eight people or as a work table.
