Charming small country table from the early 1800s. This genuine Swedish country antique is made by hand in Northern Sweden around 1820. One-of-a-kind and most likely made on the farm where it was used. Frame in solid pine with a table top that’s never been painted.
Note the rounded corners of the table top. The leg frame has the original faux paint which is the painter’s free interpretation of mahogany. Good untouched vintage condition with some minor marks and traces of use. The table top has some marks from hot pots and pans. Healthy and stable.
