Genuine antique Swedish cabinet from northern Sweden made around 1840. This genuine country house furniture is made by hand in solid pine in two parts. Original paint from the first half of the 19th century. The paint shows its age through distress and smaller marks and traces of use. Healthy and stable frame with working locks and keys. Dark marks, most likely from hot pots and pans, on the table top of the lower cabinet, see picture.
The pediment measures 132 by 45.5 cm. The upper cabinet measures 138 cm tall. The lower cabinet is 85 cm tall and 118 by 54 cm wide and deep respectively. Total height 223 cm.
